Evan Feinberg, VMD

Dr. Evan Feinberg is the owner of Stevenson Village Veterinary Hospital.  He was born and raised in Pikesville,MD and received his VMD degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1993.  Dr. Feinberg opened Stevenson Village Veterinary Hospital in 1996 to provide the area with a small, family oriented practice where people and their pets could feel like family.  When not working, Dr. Feinberg enjoys spending time with his wife Kathleen and their children and cats.

Thomas Vinson, DVM

Dr. Thomas Vinson is originally from Virginia Beach, VA.  He received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Old Dominion University and his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine (Virginia Tech) in 2008.  After practicing for two years in Charlottesville, VA, he decided to pursue further training.

Dr. Vinson completed a rotating medicine and surgery internship at Georgia Veterinary Specialists in Atlanta, GA followed by an emergency and critical care internship at VCA Veterinary Referral Associates in Gaithersburg, MD.  He remained at VCA for a second year as a staff emergency veterinarian before heading to Los Angeles where he completed a cardiology internship at Animal Specialty and Emergency Center.  He is excited to join the staff at Stevenson Village Veterinary Hospital and looks forward to providing quality veterinary care for your pets.  In his free time, Dr. Vinson enjoys friends and family, hiking, camping, and playing a variety of sports

Steven Loy, Hospital Manager

Steven Loy is the Hospital Manager of Stevenson Village Animal Hospital. He attended Penn Foster to become a Veterinary Assistant to learn more about animals and to make a difference. Steven currently lives in Owing Mills, Maryland with his two dogs, Ryker and Lucy. In his spare time he volunteers at the Maryland SPCA. A fun fact about Steven is that he has a degree in music and loves to sing!

Anya T, Registered Veterinary Technician

Anya is a Registered Veterinary Technician at Stevenson Village Animal Hospital. She received her Associates Degree in Veterinary Technology from the Community College of Baltimore County. Anya began working in the veterinary field in 2014 after being inspired by her love of science, animals and medicine. A dedicated professional, she enjoys forming relationships with her clients and is experienced with cardiology and sports medicine. Anya shares a home with Kit, her Border Collie, and spends her free time hiking and traveling. She also has actively competed in dog sports and Disc Dog competitions for over four years.

Amanda A, Veterinary Technician

Amanda is a Veterinary Technician at Stevenson Village Animal Hospital and graduate of the Bel Rea Institute of Animal Technology. She received her Associate Degree in Applied Science of Veterinary Technology and began working in the veterinary field in 2010. Originally from Colorado, Amanda currently lives in Taneytown, Maryland with her three children and two dogs.

Melissa T, Veterinary Technician

Melissa is an enthusiastic Veterinary Technician at Stevenson Village Animal Hospital. Since Melissa was young, she had a strong love for animals and knew helping them would be her calling.  Working in the veterinary field since 2009, she has learned everything she knows about veterinary medicine on site at Stevenson Village Animal Hospital. She was born and raised in Brooklyn Park, and currently resides there with her Pitt Mix, Roo, Pittbull, Eeyore, Chihuaua, Twiddy, and Cat, Savage Sally. 

Paula W, Veterinary Technician

Paula has over 29 years of animal experience and is currently a Veterinary Technician at Stevenson Village Animal Hospital. Her education includes attending Kirkley Hall College in England, and the Institute of Biology in 1999. Since 2009, she has been a Veterinary Technician in the United States. She is certified in Dog Grooming, Diary Farming and Exotic Species. Her areas of professional interest include dentals and dental x-rays. A fun fact about Paula is that she lived and worked on a sheep farm for 6 years with over 6,000 sheep! 

Leah B, Veterinary Technician

Leah is a Veterinary Technician at Stevenson Village Animal Hospital. She attended the University of Vermont for Animal Science & Pre-Veterinary Medicine and received clinical training at Stevenson Village Veterinary Hospital and The Maryland Zoo in Baltimore. With an abundant passion for animals, Leah has always known she wanted to work with animals especially in a small companion hospital setting. Leah is originally from Baltimore, and currently lives in the Canton neighborhood. She loves happy dogs that like to cuddle and volunteers at Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital in her free time.  

Vivian D, Lead Receptionist

Vivian is the lead receptionist at Stevenson Village Animal Hospital. She received prior training in an emergency hospital and her professional areas of interest include animal medicine, wild animal care and biology. She began working in the veterinary field when she was just 13 years old. Vivian loves helping animals and seeing them feel better after a visit. Originally from Baltimore, she currently shares a home with her spouse, two kids and two cats in Elkridge, Maryland.  

Angie E, Reception

Angie is a receptionist at Stevenson Village Animal Hospital. A Baltimore native, she received her Bachelors of Science at Towson University. She loves seeing all the different pets that visit Stevenson Village Animal Hospital, and especially gets excited about Pitbulls – even after almost 20 years of working in the veterinary field! Angie shares a home with her spouse, Jeff, two Pitbulls and four cats. Fun Fact: She played trumpet for 14 seasons with the Marching Ravens! 

Keagan Y, Reception

Keagan is a receptionist at Stevenson Village Animal Hospital and loves providing the best standard of care for any animal that walks through the door. He was born and raised in Laurel, MD, and currently lives in Baltimore with his spouse and two cats, Fish and Simone. In his spare time he loves to make ceramic art, enjoys listening to Stevie Nicks, and volunteers at local animal shelters.
