Waiting Room Policy
For the safety of all people and pets, we ask that you please make sure your pet is properly restrained and under control while in the waiting area.
Dogs must be secure on a non-retractable leash and cats must be in carriers.
If you know your dog is aggressive when in new or stressful situations, let us know beforehand. We also suggest muzzling them for your brief wait.
If you have a very friendly pet who loves to say hello to others, please remember to always ask permission before allowing them to approach another dog or human. Both people and animals have a wide variety of personalities, and not all are amenable to meeting new friends on-the-go.
Appointment Policy
Stevenson Village Veterinary Hospital runs on a pre-scheduled appointment model. Exceptions will be made for emergency cases only.
If you would like to schedule a service or examination, please call our friendly office staff in advance, and they will assist you in creating an appointment at a convenient time for your schedule.
If your pet requires emergency care after-hours, please refer to one of the following trusted emergency facilities:

In order to provide top-quality diagnostic and technological services to all of our clients, we must ask that all payments are made in full by the time of appointment.
